Let's face it folks, the pandemic has changed how the entire world views health and disease. Many of us understand that empowerment and prevention is key. Over reliance on the alopathic medicine system as the only go to is causing unnecessary burden and thus lowering quality of Canadian Health Care.
Join us for an empowering 90 minute class with Medical herbalist, Talal Al Hamad, as he guides us in building a foundational home medicine cabinet, rife with herbs, relevant supplements and more.
This class is fully interactive and encourages questions and discussion. Talal's goal, in addition to sharing his knowledge, is to dispell many common misconceptions and myths regarding many of the recent "fads" we see in holistic health care.
100% of proceeds from this event will be donated to the Royal Botanical Gardens.
