About the event
This beautiful Earth sustains us in ways we can't even imagine so why not bask in the bountiful energy which Mother Nature provides us with?
The morning will begin with an introduction to sound bathing with Sarah, who then takes us on a journey through self expression and awareness through the forest as we collaborate with the energy of the Earth.
Upon returning to the studio space, we will enjoy a soothing closing sound bath in order to ground and integrate our experience.
